Rates & Investment
I presently accept private pay exclusively. A superbill may be provided upon request for submission to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
A limited number of sliding scale accommodations are maintained for those demonstrating financial necessity. Please ask during consultation if you would like to discuss this further.
Private Pay
Lumos and Nox Counseling operates on a private pay basis. This allows for maximum confidentiality and flexibility in your care, free from the constraints and requirements often imposed by insurance companies.
Superbills & Out-of-Network
Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurer in advance to understand your specific out-of-network behavioral health benefits.
Sliding Scale
A limited number of sliding scale accommodations are available for those demonstrating financial necessity. If cost is a barrier, please mention this during your consultation so we can explore options together.
Good Faith EstimateUnder the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services. Please let me know if you would like one provided prior to beginning care.
